How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax of 6% is charged only on orders shipped to Utah addresses.  Tax for these orders is charged on products only - no tax is charged on shipping.


How much do you charge for shipping & handling?
View our current shipping rates. Orders are usually processed within 5 business days and are shipped as soon as humanly possible. To estimate arrival, you would add the appropriate estimated delivery time frame. For example, a order placed with standard shipping typically arrives within 10-14 business days.


What are the shipping options?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders ship Standard USPS or UPS Ground.   Delivery time for these orders is 5 to 7 days.  If you prefer, you may elect to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air at an additional expense.  Shipping preferences can be specified on the payment page when you place your order.


Do you ship outside the US?
Sorry, but the cost of international shipping prohibits us from shipping outside the US. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


Why do I need to create an account?
You are required to create a user account when you place an order for a number of reasons.
- Convenience: When you return to CieloRosa.com, all you will need to do is enter your username and password, and then your name, address and shipping information will be automatically retrieved.  But don't worry, your credit card information is not recorded in your personal profile.

- Newsletter: Your account allows you the option to receive our newsletter, which will inform you about new products and promotions. As a CieloRosa.com newsletter subscriber, you will receive exclusive coupons only available to subscribers.


Is it safe to buy over the Internet?
Absolutely. Statistically speaking, it is actually safer to make purchases over the Internet than in a department store or restaurant.  Our site uses the latest 128-bit security encryption to make sure that nobody can intercept and decode the information you send to our secure server. We use PayPal and ProPay which enables us to process your payment securely.


What is your privacy policy?
Just like you, we hate spam, so our privacy policy is simple.  CieloRosa.com will never sell or share your personal information, including e-mail address with anybody.  Period.  What happens on our site, stays on our site.


Do you guarantee your products? What is your return policy?
Of course.  We understand that all people (and noses) are different, and not everyone will agree on what smells or feels great.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, just follow the return instructions listed here and fill out a Merchandise Return Label. Product must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned product valued at over $100 will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to let us know what it is that you're unhappy with so we can work to make your future orders just right!


What is your Exchange Policy?
Did you receive a gift that isn't quite working for you? We'll gladly exchange it for you. Get the right fragrance, size or color for you. Contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number and follow the return instructions. Product must be unused, in the original packaging with tags (if any) still attached. Click here for more details about the Exchange Policy. If the item you'd like to exchange is not a gift item, but is instead a purchase, please follow the instructions listed with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.


I need a return label. How do I get one?
Click Here to get a Return Merchandise Label. If you are returning a gift, you will need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization.


I have a request for a special order.
Well then, let us see what we can do. Send your special request to support@cielorosa.com. Please be sure to mention "Special Order" somewhere in the subject line. Be as clear as possible about what you're looking for and be sure to leave your contact information. We'll do what we can to help you even if it means referring you to another retailer.


How can I track my order?
Log into your account. Go to My Orders and select "View the orders I have made". From there you will be able to view your orders and the status of those orders.


What are my payment options?
You may pay with PayPal, a credit card, or a debit card with a Mastercard or Visa logo. As long as everyone behaves and doesn't try to rip us off, you may pay with a check or US Postal Money Order. However, paying with a check, US Postal Money Order or an electronic check will delay your order by up to 5 days as you payment must clear before we can ship.


How do I change my account information?
Log into your account. Under My Account, select the things you'd like to change like address, email address and password. You can even add or delete entries in your address book.


Are gift invoices available? Is gift wrapping available?
For gift orders, we can enclose a gift card and gift invoice at no additional cost to you. Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge. When you place the order, simply specify that the order is a gift and select the gift wrapping box. You also have the option of including a special message on the gift card.


Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?
If you have received a coupon or promotional code, you may enter it into the order form when you place an order. The discount will be reflected in the total price.


What is Name It, Claim It?
Name It, Claim It is a great way for you to make CieloRosa.com your own. We try to be creative but sometimes the right muses do not appear when we are writing product descriptions. That's where you can come in and save the day. If you take the time to come up with a better description and it is accepted, you will have your choice of the following prizes: 1) A full size sample of the product you've described or 2) A $5 store credit. E-mail your creative thoughts to support@cielorosa.com. Note: All descriptions become property of Cielo Rosa LLC. You are not entitled to further compensation other than the prizes mentioned above.


What about backorders?
Backorders are shipped as soon as they become available at no additional charge to you. We will group as many items together as possible to get your items to you faster.
